Bernstein reshaped classical music. «West Side Story» still pulls in crowds worldwide. Works such as «On the Town» and «Candide» brought new melodic and rhythmic ideas to the classical canon. To mark Bernstein’s centenary, the Tonkunstler Orchestra joins Patricia Petibon and Elisabeth Kulman for an overview of his oeuvre. Hits such as «Lucky to be me», «Glitter and be gay» and «A Boy Like That» bring a piece of America to Grafenegg.
